Hello, A TVGO-m nem működik, sem az appban, sem asztali gépnél, mikor megpróbálok bejelentkezni, csak homokórázik, vagy visszavisz a bejelentkező felületre. Több böngészőt kipróbáltam, újraindítottam, újratelepítettem, jelszóval, kóddal sem megy, sem telefonon, sem gépen. Vagy homokórázik és nem jutok be a felületre egyáltalán.. vagy visszavisz a bejelentkező oldalra, vagy a főfelületre, ahol csak az archívok elérhetőek és látszik, hogy nem vagyok bent a fiókomban, de felajánlja, hogy jelentkezzek be. Ha megpróbálok bejelentkezni, kiírja, hogy aktív a bejelentkezésem, ezzel folytatom-e? Aztán homokórázik tovább... kétszer vettek fel hibajegyet chaten, és ígéretet kaptam, hogy felhív egy IT-s kolléga. Nem jött segítség. Egy hete személyesen is jeleztem az ügyfélszolgálaton a problémát, aznap új hibakód jelent meg: 170-STP és hogy nincs regisztrált TVGO-m a fiókomhoz. Nyilván van több éve. Az ügyintéző felhívott egy IT-st, aki közölte, hogy tudnak a problémáról, de nem tudja, hogy 3 óra alatt javul meg, vagy 3 nap. Nézegessem az applikációt. Ez egy hete volt. A mai nap szerettem volna jelezni ismét chaten, hogy továbbra sem oldódott meg a dolog, de miután össze-vissza passzolgattak a kollégák egymás között anélkül, hogy elkérték volna bármilyen azonosítómat, szimplán elfelejtettek válaszolni. Nem kérdés, de tisztelettel szeretném kérni, hogy valaki érdemben foglalkozzon az üggyel és oldja meg azt, ami előtte 4 évig zavartalanul működött. Köszi! Judit

sziasztok, Elérhető lesz vajon, olyan szép zöld színben mint a 13??

Számomra is teljesen érthetetlen, hogy más szolgáltató esetén semmi baj nincs a packetloos-al de itt rendszerint élvezhetetlen a streaming, valamint, ha jelzed ezt mind az ügyfélszolgálat felé, akkor már kiszállási díjat (5000 Ft), valamint 30 percenként 3000 Ft-ot számláznak ki, arra hivatkozva, hogy a felhasználó hibája miatt van ez mind, hol ott a másik szolgáltatónál semmi packetloos nem volt sosem. (Csak azért jöttem át ide, mivel mindenki iszonyatosan dicsérte, valamint valamennyivel olcsóbb, de mi árán?)

Nagyon örülök, hogy tudtam segíteni. Sajnos azt nem tudom, hogy meddig tart ez az állapot, de érdemes figyelni az oldalt, amit linkeltem, mert ha változás lesz a dologban, akkor onnan ki fog derülni.
