Bejelentettem a telekom felé azt írták vonal vizsgálat volt és mindent rendbe találtak küldenek szerelőt de ha nem talál hibát kikell fizessem a kiszállást és a szerelő dijját. Valakinek van ötlete mit tudnék kezdeni a problémával?!

Mostanában sok cikket olvastam az Ultra Wide Band-röl, ami az 5G-nél is gyorsabb. Állítólag az új iPhone 15 Pro Max is tudná kezelni, bár a Beállításoknál ennek nyomát sem találtam eddig. Amire most kiváncsi vagyok, vajon a Telekom is támogatja-e ezt az új sávot.

Sziasztok! Ismét "elromlott" a nemzetközi peeringje a telekomnak a CloudFlare felé, érdekes hogy a legnagyobb magyar Telco cég nem képes a BIX-be routolni be az egyik legnagyobb CDN forgalmát. Főleg úgy, hogy rengeteg magyar weblap is cloudflare-en "él". A DTAG cső szinte megint fullra van telítve, 50% PL-al. Nem lehetne rendezni végre a peeringet nemzetközi irányba, ha már ténylegesen oda kéne kimenni a forgalomnak?

Nem értem. Rengetegen panaszkodnak az E:50019-ös hibíkódra. Én is most. Miért nem lehet leírni, hogyan kell a problémát megoldani? Miért megy a bull*****ezés? A szuper válaszotok: Írunk privát üzenetet. DE MIÉRT? Írjátok meg mit kell csinálnunk a ***** rendszeretekkel, ha már ti nem vagytok hajlandóak - vagy képesek - megoldani a problémát. Ez valami szupertitkos információ? Annyira szánalmas, hogy a szolgáltatás, amit arra tartotok, hogy problémákban segítsen, csak arra nem képes, amire van. De a számlát azt bezzeg mindig időben tudjátok küldeni. Faxom belétek.

Hogyan tudok flottán belül kedvezményesen telefont vásárolni?

Tisztelt Telekom Ügyfélszolgálat! Az alábbiakban szeretném megosztani Önökkel azt az esetet, amely igen kellemetlen helyzetbe hozott, és ahol sajnálatos módon nem találtam megfelelő segítséget az Önök részéről. Két évvel ezelőtt, 2022-ben egy Samsung S21+ készüléket vásároltam a Telekomtól részletfizetési konstrukcióban. A részletfizetési időszak lejártával, 2024 január-februárban, a készülék teljes vételára kifizetésre került, és én választottam egy másik készüléket a kínálatukból. A készüléket egy megbízható cégnek küldtem el akik tovább értékesíteteték volna a készüléket azonban bevizsgálás során azt állapították meg, hogy a Telekom rendszerében még mindig aktív részletfizetési státusz szerepel az eszközömön. Azonnal jeleztem ezt a Telekom ügyfélszolgálatán, azonban az első kapcsolatfelvétel alkalmával leráztak. A második alkalommal egy hölgy azt ígérte, hogy csütörtökön vagy legkésőbb az azt követő munkanapon elküldi nekem azokat a dokumentumokat, amelyek igazolják a részletfizetés megszűnését. Sajnos az ígéret nem teljesült. Ezután újra felvettem a kapcsolatot az ügyfélszolgálattal, ahol a munkatársak semmit sem tudtak a helyzetről, és tagadták, hogy valaha is ígéretet tettek volna ilyen dokumentumok elküldésére. A személyes ügyfélszolgálat sem nyújtott megfelelő segítséget. További két telefonhívás után azt tanácsolták, hogy másnap, munkaidőben kérjek panaszügyintézőt az ügyfélszolgálatos kollégától. Ennek megfelelően tettem a mai napon, azonban hiába vártam, nem sikerült kapcsolatba lépnem a megfelelő személlyel. Elmondhatatlanul csalódott vagyok abban, hogy évek óta hűséges Magenta1 előfizetőként, aki rendszeresen magas számlákat és törlesztőket fizet, nem kapok megfelelő segítséget egy ilyen alapvető ügyben. Nem kérek mást, csak egy rövid dokumentumot, amely igazolja a részletfizetési kötelezettség megszűnését,és azt,hogy a készülék ezáltal hálózat független lett. Megkérném Önöket, hogy azonnal intézkedjenek a helyzet tisztázása érdekében, és küldjenek nekem egy hivatalos dokumentumot, amely bizonyítja a részletfizetési státusz megszűnését az S21+ készülékemmel kapcsolatban. Emellett kérném, hogy az eset további vizsgálatára és az ügy tisztázására fordítsanak kellő figyelmet és prioritást. Bízom benne, hogy hamarosan megoldást találunk ebben a kellemetlen ügyben, és hogy a jövőben ilyen problémák elkerülése érdekében javítanak az ügyfélszolgálati folyamatokon. A lakáson kívül (a külső falra szerelt optikai kábel elszakadt) keletkezett kábelszakadás javítási költségét kiszámlázták számomra.A kérdésem az miért nekem kell ennek költségét megfizetni?
