A korona vírus, és külföldi tartózkodásunk miatt az ügyintézés nehézségekbe ütközik, telefonról pedig képtelenség elérni a Telefon társaságot. Kérem segítségüket. Köszönöm előre is.

Sziasztok.. A történetetek nem egyedi.. Már "ideböfögtem" én is pár sort korábban... Németországban élek már jó ideje.. Azt, hogy milyen játékkal játszol/játszotok szinte teljesen mindegy.. A vírus miatt megnövekedett adatforgalom miatt pedig nem is hinném, hogy lesz javulás.. Elképzelhető, hogy kevésbé fogod észre venni a tényezőket bizonyos napokon.. De eltűnni nem fog.. Nekem 174.000 agyvérzés után köv héten köti a konkurens cég a netet.. Végig jártam itt kint minden ami lehetséges volt.. Telefon, fórum..... internet technukus stb..... Esélytelen minden... Deutsche Telekom fórumán az ügyintéző a következőket irta: Grundsätzlich gilt zwar "Bei der Übertragung von Daten im Internet, findet ein permanenter Austausch zwischen dem Netz der Telekom und anderen Netzbetreibern statt. Um zu vermeiden, dass es durch das ständig wachsende Datenvolumen zu Engpässen kommt, ist die Telekom im engen Austausch mit anderen Anbietern. Für den Ausbau der Kapazitäten bei der Netzzusammenschaltung müssen allerdings beide Seiten einen Beitrag leisten." Unabhängig davon halte ich es dennoch für sinnig, das Feedback zur Perfomance zu spiegeln. Meine Kolleg*innen sind nun informiert. Wann Besserung in Sicht ist, kann ich allerdings nicht abschätzen. Üdv! Sajnos még most sincs fejlemény, minden felületen csak a 30 mbit/s sebesség van feltüntetve (ami a valóságban kb a fele). Esetleg meg lehet tudni hogy történt valami előrehaladás a környéken ezzel kapcsolatban vagy inkább költözzek el ? .. mert ez sajnos kín szenvedés, pláne a pandémia óta. Ami érdekes hogy a szomszéd kis faluban aminek a lélekszáma töredéke a miénknek és csak 2 kilóméterre van már elérhető lett a 2gigabites optikai elérés. Gondolom onnan "jön" hozzánk is majd. Tudom, türelem, vannak olyan helyek ahol még a 15mbit sincs meg, de sajnos ez ma már édes kevés és a türelmem is teljesen elfogyott a napi feszültség miatt. Hozzá kell tennem hogy online rendszerben dolgozom és kritikusan fontos lenne tudnom hogy valós-e a közeljövőbeli fejlesztés vagy csak egy tervezett dolog és igazából fogalma sincs senkinek semmiről. Ez utóbbi dolgot a telefonos kollégák és személyes ügyintézők miatt írom, jóformán ahány érdeklődésem volt ezzel kapcsolatban, annyiféle választ kaptam és egyértelmű hogy nem férnek hozzá olyan adatokhoz amikhez talán Önök, Ti igen. Az idei évben négyszer kaptam ígéretet 2-3 hónapos előrejelzéssel hogy mikor történik változás, ez utóbbi jóslat is sajnos megbotlott. Korlátlan mobilelőfizetésem van nálatok, de a vírus helyzet óta megnőtt forgalom miatt sajnos teljesen megbízhatatlanul működik a környékünkön, így ez sajnos nem opció a kiváltásra. Sziasztok! Néhány hete magyar és külföldi szerverek felé is megnőtt a pingem (plusz 20-40-es ping), valamint ha teljes sebességgel töltök lefelé, megszakad minden más online kapcsolat. (pl. offlineba lép a teamviewer, steam, discord stb.) Játékszerveren 50-54 helyett 95-110, magyar szerverek felé 18-20 helyett 38-40-es ping, hajnalban, éjjel, napközben is, a régi szokásos 20-as és 50-es értékre sosem csökken. Nem, nem használok wifit, kábelen megy minden, a hiba több géppel is fennáll, közvetlen routerre kötve a gépeket is. A nagyobb ping még speedtest.net-en is látszik, 18 helyett mér 36-38-at, Budapest Telekom szerverrel. A vírus miatt okozta forgalomnövekedéssel sem tudom összekapcsolni a problémámat, mivel az e-oktatás, home office időszaka javában zajlott, mikor nekem ez a problémám keletkezett. Hívtam már az ügyfélszolgálatot kétszer, első alkalommal egy router csere volt, nem oldotta meg a problémát, második alkalommal már elosztót cseréltek a társasházunkban, valamint a helyi szervizessel kipróbáltuk, hogy átkonfigurálta az internet kapcsolatom sebességét alacsonyabb sebességre(100/25-ről 50-re), ez sem segített, valamint azt mondta, ő többet nem tud tenni, maximum a lakásba vezető kábelt kicseréltetni majd. Egyébként VDSL Internet, IPTV-vel, VoIP-al. IPTV-t + telefont lehúzva a routerről sem változik semmi. Közben utánakérdeztem a városban néhány telekomos ismerősömnél, hogy náluk mi a helyzet. Mindenkinél fenn áll a nagyobb ping (4 embert kérdeztem, ebből 2 a szomszédom), egyik ismerősömnél a kapcsolat szakadozás is. Ebből kifolyólag valószínűleg a házunknál lévő elosztódoboztól a lakásig menő kábel cseréje sem fogja megoldani a problémámat. A helyi szervizes mást nem tud tenni állítása szerint (aki kijött a 1414-es telefonszámon történő hibabejelentés után). Ebben az esetben mégis mit tudok tenni? Hívjam fel újra a 1414-et, hogy hátha? Vagy szolgáltatót kell váltanom így 15 év után?

Sziasztok! Azt szeretném megkérdezni, hogy néha egészen addig világít pirossal a modemen a telefon kijelző ledje, amíg nem áramtalanítom a modemet. Pedig nincs rá csatlakoztatva telefon. Áramtalanítás után aztán újra normálisan zölddel világít. Miért világít néha pirossal, valami vírus lehet?

Ha esetleg vírus akkor mit lehet tenni, mert nem én csinálom. De ha én támadók akkor miért azt írja hogy "from". Köszi a választ

Üdv Ez a log azt mutatja hogy a te belső hálózati géped próbál támadni külső szervereket illetve portscannelni. Ha nem te csinálod, akkor valószínű hogy valamilyen vírus által megfertőzött program teszi.

Erre én is kíváncsi lennék, de semmi hír felőle. Gondolom a vírus ennek az indulását is kicsit eltolta későbbre.

Köszi az infót! Közben próbálkoztam és kerestem más Telekomos fórumban infót erről: De ami azt illeti, de /64-gyel, se a talált /56-tal nem működött, azaz még egy kóbor IP címet se kapott az UniFi USG... Lehetséges, hogy a DHCPv6-os Prefix Delegation funkció hibás vagy hiányzik a V3-as modemből? A 1414-et felhívtam a délután ez ügyben, de ott meg azt mondták, hogy mióta összevonták az ügyfészolgálatokat (és nincs 1412), azóta nincs még rendesen terítve a kompetencia, és emberünk azt tanácsolta, hogy kb fél év múlva telefonáljak újra... mire a vírus eltűnik + a Telekom is helyrejön... Az UniFi USG amúgy ad még statikus IPv6 címes megoldást, de ugye azt nem kapok a Telekomtól. Most nem igazán tudom hogyan tovább ezzel az IPv6-tal... Más Amúgy ez a V3-as modem "mókás"... bekapcsoltattam az üfsz-tal az L2TP/IPSec pass-trough-t (mert az új modemben még ez nincs a felületre kivezetve) majd ideiglenesen beállítottam a Static IPv6 DNS-t és elment tojni az IPSec... újra beszéltem az üfsz-tal, de ők azt látják, hogy márpedig "az be van kapcsolva" és tanácsolták a 1422-t, mert csak ők tudnak nekem segíteni... akinek nincsen meg - nekem se volt - ez a fizetős ügyfélszolgálat "lámáknak", ahol nem az infrával foglalkoztak, hanem az ügyfél vackaival... De ez most tényleg? ... ma este már át is álltam OpenVPN-re...

Hello. Külföldön ragadtam a vírus miatt. Az aktuális havi számla a postaládában van. És szeretném befizetni a tv+internetszámlámat neten keresztül egy külföldi bankkártyával. De a nemzetközi átutaláshoz a magyar telekomhoz a banki vagy valamilyen swift kód szüksêges. Amit találtam a neten azt egyik bank sem fogadja el. CIBHHUHB. Csak ez hiányzik a befizetéshez. Tud valaki nekem segíteni?

Természetesen az egész GDPR/PSD2 hivatkozás egy büdös nagy hazugság. Az EU szabad szoftver direktíváinak értelmében jogom van a tulajdonomban lévő eszközön lévő szoftvert módosítani, innentől sérül az egyenlő elbánáshoz való jog. Ez az egyik. A másik, hogy természetesen a hivatkozott „A biztonság megfelelő szintjének meghatározásakor kifejezetten figyelembe kell venni az adatkezelésből eredő olyan kockázatokat, amelyek különösen a továbbított, tárolt vagy más módon kezelt személyes adatok véletlen vagy jogellenes megsemmisítéséből, elvesztéséből, megváltoztatásából, jogosulatlan nyilvánosságra hozatalából vagy az azokhoz való jogosulatlan hozzáférésből erednek.” szöveg nagyon okosan hangzik, de tisztázzuk: AZZAL HOGY A TELEFONOM ROOTOLT, ILYEN KOCKÁZAT NINCS ÉS NEM IS LEHET. A kockázat csak akkor állna fent, ha a Telekom teljes ügyfél-adatbázisához hozzáférnék a Telekom app segítségével, ami elég durva biztonsági hiányosság lenne. Tekintettel arra, hogy a telekom app a saját adataimhoz fér csak hozzá, amit a saját telefonommal érek el! Nézzük: - Továbbított, tárolt, kezelt adatok védelme - ez ugye NÁLUK nem sérülhet, mivel azt a Telekom app nem módosíthatja! Épp ezért náluk nem történhet semmi. - Ha ÉN semmisítem, veszítem, változtatom vagy hozom nyilvánosságra, az meg NEM LEHET jogosulatlan hozzáférés, hisz azok az ÉN adataim! (És ha a telefonom hiba/vírus/root miatt ezt megtenné, az olyan mint ha ÉN tenném ezeket!!) Ha a root miatt pl. egy androidos vírus miatt ezek az adatok kikerülnek (megjegyzem, ennek a valószínűsége pontosan kerek 0% - mármint hogy a root miatt történne ez meg), az NEM a Telekom GDPR sértése, innentől kezdve erre való hivatkozásnak helye sincs. Ilyen erővel előírhatnák hogy böngészőből nem is netbankolhatok vagy be se léphetek a Telekom oldalára sem rendszergazda jogú felhasználóval Windowsos gépen, hisz annak SOKKAL nagyobb (=valós, létező) kockázata van. Innentől kezdve ez egy *****ság, porhintés, és felháborító. Valójában már az is túlzás és hátrányos megkülönböztetés (ugye, ugye EU egyenlő elbánás joga???) hogy ha figyelmeztet, de egye fene, érthető. Korlátozni azonban sem JOGA sem OKA nincs.

Hello! Olyan probléma merült fel már 4 napja, hogy látszólag van internet (kábeles), de bizonyos weboldalak nem tudnak betöltődni mint pl. Speedtest vagy Twitter. Programok, amikhez internet kell, Steam se. Viszont Facebook, Youtube működik mindig, még videót is tudok nézni. Úgy tűnik, hogy nagyon ritkán de úgymond "visszajön" a net és pár percre tudom használni mondjuk a Twittert, de aztán megint elmegy. Wi-fi van rendesen, most is arról írtam ezt mert a Telekom oldalát se tudta betölteni. Amiket eddig csináltam ezügyben: -újra indítottam switchet, modemet, vártam kb. 10 mp-et -cmd-be flushdns hátha valami dns hiba -átnéztem a gépet hátha vírus okozza Kérdés az lenne, hogy központilag csinálnak valamit és csak várnom kéne vagy itt van valami gebasz nálam? Még pár hete nagy vihar volt és teljesen tönkretette az internet rendszert. A régi switch teljesen elromlott, kilett cserélve a modemmel és a routerrel együtt. Azon gondolkoztam, hogy nem-e az alaplap is rossz? A vihar előtt az ethernet led zöld volt most meg narancssárgán ég és sárgán villog.

Vírus témában kerestem esetleges "tapasztalatot", ki, hogyan érzékeli, hogy vírusos esetleg a gépe. Máshová nem, csak az ezen az oldalon a legfelső sorban kis nagyítóval jelölt, keresés... részbe írtam. Tudom sok jó vírusirtó program van. Én az avastot használom.
