Kedves Telekom IT, Az internet kapcsolatom néha, véletlenszerűen megszakad. Megnéztem a router logját a Maintanace menüben. Az üzenet végén csatoltam. Látszik, hogy ma eddig háromszor szakadt meg és magától, pár perc múlva megjavult. A TV szolgáltatást nem érintette, folyamatos volt. Ez milyen jellegű hiba és miért fordul elő? Sokszor belezavar az internet használatába pl. játék közben. Elég idegesítő tud lenni olykor.
