Hello @Bassamoo, you have to visit one of the Telekom shops in Hungary with the phone and it's papers. they will sort it out for 15000 Fts (if you have bought it, and there was no 2-year contract or it is over. otherwise you have to pay the discount you got, when you have bought it)
