Tisztelt Telekom! Érdeklődöm, hogy várható-e, és ha igen, úgy mikor, Szombathelyen, a Szőlős utcában optikai hálózat kiépítése. Egészen elképesztő, hogy 2024-ben az elérhető legmagasabb internetsebesség ebben az utcában a Telekom részéről 30Mbit/sec... Köszönöm a választ.

Sziasztok! Sajnos csatlakoznom kell mert az elmúlt napokban tényleg használhatatlan mértékben lagg-ol és pocket loss-ol pont mire hazaér az ember. Teljes csapatba a telekom-os tagoknak diavetítés megy míg más szolgáltatóval játszóknak semmi gondjuk nincs a szerver kapcsolattal.

Panaszlevélre válaszolva aszondják, hogy a háztartásban elérhető hálózaton a jelenlegi sebesség érhető el maximálisan Hogy a *****omba, amikor két házzal arrébb még mindig 5 megával töltenek, és 10 évig nálam is annyi volt, csak itt kapcsoltak le egy rézpárt a nyomorult szerződésmódosítási igényre hivatkozva, amit kénytelen voltam megtenni, mert lejárt volna a hűségidő. Tehát 10 vagy mit tudom én hány évig csak hűségidővel fizetjük ezt a rendkívüli sebességekkel megáldott internethozzáférést, aztán fogják és egyik pillanatról a másikra lekorlátozzák egy minimum szintre, közel ugyanannyiért. ADJÁK VISSZA AMI JÁR!

Üdv. Magenta 1 -es vagyok 2 otthoni 2 mobil előfizetéssel az egyik mobil hüségben a többi nincs hüségben. A hüség nélküli mobilomon szeretnék dijcsomagot modosítani és készüléket kihozni rá. Ahogy beállitom a csomagot rögtön beteszi a hüségben lévő mobilra is a kosárban a modosítást és kötbérez rá mivel a nem hüségben lévő előfizetésem kissebb lenne mint a hüségben lévő. Ez normális vagy csak beragadt az előző rendelésnél a hűségidös megrendelésem.

Kedves Telekom! Több fórumon is olvasom, hogy az utóbbi napokban/hetekben az internet minősége drasztikusan romlott. 19-22 óra között felkúszik az egekbe a packloss. Ez egy globális hiba, mert Miskolcról és Budapestről is ugyanez tapasztalható egy időben. Tudtok erről és dolgoztok a megoldáson vagy ez Nektek teljesen új információ?
