Sagemcom F@st 3896 falls down constantly

I have been using the Sagemcom F@st 3896 for the past three years. Over the last six months, it has started shutting down repeatedly. Only the Power LED stays on, then all LEDs blink once, and then only the Power LED remains on. This cycle repeats continuously without pause. Occasionally, the issue resolves itself after several hours.

The support call center could not help, as the Telekom website assistant (that shows that "everything works properly").

How can I fix this problem?

I've tried to do it since Saturday. English support is not available on 1414 *8. So I will wait for their attentive service in this thread.
